Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE:HLF) announces its two-year sponsorship of the Nautica Malibu Triathlon, benefiting the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF).

This year's event will be held on Sunday, Sept. 25, 2005 at Zuma Beach in Malibu, CA.
