The Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) has established its 15th Casa Herbalife program worldwide at NCH, the Children's Charity, to support children who live in poverty and who have to care for a member of their family or household, through the Hackney Young Carers Project, in London. The program will provide weekly sessions
where they can learn how to shop for and cook healthy meals. The Casa Herbalife program was set up in 2005 to partner with existing charitable organizations around the world to ensure children are being fed nutritious meals.
NCH is the only UK-wide charity working in all four home nations in the UK via approximately 500 projects. They help more than 160,000 of the UK's most vulnerable children, young people and their families.
The Hackney Young Carers Project provides support, advice, recreational and educational opportunities for children aged 5-18 years old who care for a member of their family or household. The person they care for may have a physical illness, a physical or learning disability, mental health problem, abuse drugs or alcohol or
be frail and elderly.

Herbalife Ltd. today announced the opening of business in Malaysia, now the 61st country where Herbalife products are sold through the company's network of independent distributors. Dato' Ronie Tan has been named managing director and vice president of Herbalife in Malaysia and brings over 16 years of direct selling business to Herbalife. The company's head office will be located in Kuala Lumpur.

Herbalife Ltd. and AEG Sports announced a multi-year sponsorship agreement that names Herbalife as a Founding Partner and the official nutrition company of the inaugural Amgen Tour of California, an internationally sanctioned professional cycling race to be held February 19-26, 2006.

Owned and operated by AEG Sports, this event joins the cycling calendar as one of North America's most anticipated sports events for 2006. Modeled after the Tour de France, 16 of the world's best professional cycling teams will compete across more than 600 miles of scenic California roadway as the race makes its way from San Francisco to Redondo Beach, Calif.

Herbalife Ltd. today announced a four year sponsorship of UK-based Under 20 European Junior Triathlon Champion and World Junior Duathlon Champion Olly Freeman.

In the first major sports sponsorship for Herbalife in the UK, the performance-based contract will run up to the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, in which Freeman intends to represent Great Britain in the elite triathlon. The deal makes Herbalife his official nutrition sponsor.

Freeman, 19, is also the current World Junior Triathlon Silver Medallist and the London Junior Triathlon Champion.
