Herbalife was the official nutrition sponsor of the Thai Airways International Laguna Phuket Triathlon 2005 in
Phuket, Thailand. Considered Southeast Asia’s premier triathlon, the event was held on Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005, at
the Laguna Phuket resort in Thailand and attracted more than 700 participants from around the world, as well as
national and international media coverage. Herbalife Distributors won silver in the individual amateur women’s 30-34 category and 45-49 category. Herbalife Independent Distributors, employees, friends and families took part as Team Herbalife, either individually or on relay teams. Along with the triathlon, Team Herbalife participated in a 6K Fun Run, benefiting the Child-Watch Phuket Association, which helps children at risk.
