HERBALIFE SPONSORS THE WORLD'S LARGEST CROSS COUNTRY RACE

Herbalife will be the official nutrition sponsor of the Lidingoloppet cross country race in Sweden, the world's largest cross country race.

The race takes place September 22nd - 24th when approximately 30,000 runners from around the globe come to take part in the three-day sport festival held on the Lidingo island outside Stockholm.

More than 300 Herbalife staff and independent distributors will take part in the event as well as offer sports supplements sampling opportunities for participants and spectators.

The Lidingoloppet, or 'Lidingo Run' is an event where everyone participates with a different personal challenge -- some to win, some to improve on last year and some to just enjoy a great day out. It attracts thousands of spectators.

Herbalife Ltd. announces its sponsorship of the 16th edition of the Trofeu Brasil de Triathlon, South America's largest triathlon circuit. In a separate agreement, Herbalife signed sponsorship deals with three professional Brazilian triathletes.

The championship, which is comprised of seven phases that take place in four Brazilian cities, will kick off on March 19, 2006 in Santos. Each race has approximately 900 participants, who come from Brazil's 27 states and from various South American countries.

The Brazilian Triathlon Trophy ("Trofeu Brasil") is a competition in which athletes accumulate points during its seven phases and the winners are announced at the end of the competition.

Herbalife Ltd. announces a series of sponsorships in France, including main sponsorship of the Gerardmer triathlon, associate sponsor of the Ironman France, and official partner of the two-day Strasbourg Europe Races.

Herbalife is already nutrition partner of the French Ski School at Val d'Isere for the four-month 2005/6 season.

In total, the sponsorship deals will enable the company to take the brand to an audience of more than 50,000 athletes and sportsmen and several million spectators at the events and via media and broadcast coverage.

The Gerardmer Triathlon takes place September 7th - 10th and is the only European qualifying leg for the Wildflower and the Escape from Alcatraz World triathlons in California. Herbalife is one of four main sponsors and Herbalife independent distributors and employees will be taking part both individually and in teams, representing Team Herbalife.

At the Ironman France in Nice, Herbalife will be the official partner of the Expo Village which attracts thousands of spectators throughout the five-day event in June, culminating in the Ironman Race on June 25th.
