Herbalife Adds UK Sports Specialist Ralph Rogers, M.D., Ph.D. to Medical Advisory Board
Herbalife has expanded its Medical Advisory Board with the addition of Ralph Rogers, M.D., Ph.D., a specialist in sports, musculoskeletal medicine and exercise physiology, based in Birmingham, UK, where he is also a research fellow of Wolverhampton University.
Ralph is a private practitioner specializing in sports medicine, rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries, human performance, corporate wellness and occupational medicine. He has lectured and tutored for the British Association of Sports and Exercise Medicine (BASEM) and is a former chairman of BASEM (West Midlands), and consults with various companies dealing in sports medicine and human performance in both the U.S. and Europe.
Additionally, Ralph is currently medical advisor to: The Trinidad and Tobago World Cup Football Team, Club doctor for the Walsall Football Club, West Midlands England, Sports physician for the Warwickshire County Cricket Club in Birmingham, UK.
Ralph has been awarded numerous fellowships and has published extensively in his areas of expertise. He earned a Diploma in Sports Medicine from The Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow, UK; PH.D., in exercise physiology from University of Maryland, U.S.; M.D. in medicine, surgery and obstetrics and bachelor of science degree.
